Josie A. Croce

Josie is an Associate Attorney with the firm and works on a variety of transactional and litigation matters for her clients. Josie leads with curiosity and thoughtfulness, qualities that sharpen her research and writing skills.

Josie earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She served as Editor-in-Chief of the Intellectual Property and Computer Law Journal, where she managed the journal and oversaw publication of articles and weekly blog posts. Josie also served as an intern in the Sixth Circuit Appellate Clinic and the Entrepreneurial and Community Development Clinic. Her clinic work provided valuable experience in appellate briefing, oral argument, and problem-solving for small businesses and nonprofit organizations.
