Todd Flagel


Todd Flagel is a founding member of the firm. He practices in the areas of real estate law, corporate law, business law, and business litigation. He represents large and small businesses, financial institutions and individuals in a wide array of business and real estate transactions and disputes. Todd has an extensive background in all areas of commercial real estate, including real estate financing, leasing, construction, and development transactions. He also has broad experience with corporate transactions, including contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and private entity formation. Todd also has broad business litigation experience, including litigation involving real estate disputes, construction defects, breach of contract matters, lender liability issues, and business break-ups.

Todd is licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Sixth Circuit. Todd is also a licensed title insurance agent.

Todd received his B.S. from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and is a 1996 cum laude graduate of The University of Dayton School of Law where he served as Associate Editor of The University of Dayton Law Review. Todd was named by Cincinnati Magazine as an “Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star,” and was selected as a participant in the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers, Class IX. Todd serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Miami University, Regionals teaching real estate law. Todd previously served as Chair of the Symmes Township Board of Zoning Appeals.
