Norm Frankowski


Norm Frankowski has been with the firm since its founding. He practices law primarily in the areas of commercial real estate (including purchase, sale, finance, lease and construction), business (including formation, dissolution and extensive areas of operation) and a broad spectrum of transactional law (including contracts and organizational development). With a strong desire to help each client grow, achieve and thrive, an everyday attention to detail and a mission to serve as a reliable advisor and team member, Norm assists lending institutions, individuals and businesses of all types.

In addition to his role as attorney/partner in the law firm, Norm also is the President of Allied Land Title LLC, the firm’s affiliated title agency. As a licensed title agent authorized to issue title insurance policies in Ohio and Kentucky, Norm continues his emphasis on commercial real estate transactions.

Norm began practicing law in 1993. Complementing his current practice is Norm’s experience in areas ranging from civil litigation, jury trial experience and title insurance defense to health care and administrative law. A 1990 graduate of the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Magna Cum Laude with College Honors, Norm went on to earn his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1993. At Ohio State, Norm was active as one of the Managing Editors of The Ohio State Law Journal. Norm remains an avid Buckeye!

Norm is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
