Benjamin Rodriguez


Since 2008, Ben Rodriguez has been an associate attorney with the firm focusing on real estate law, civil litigation, foreclosures, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and title insurance defense. Ben has extensive experience in contracts, loan workouts, deal restructuring, and title claim resolution, as well as civil and commercial litigation.

Ben is licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky and the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for Southern Ohio and Eastern Kentucky.

Ben earned his bachelor of arts degree from Kent State University in 2002 (cum laude). Ben is a magna cum laude graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University (J.D. 2005), where he served as a managing editor of The Cleveland State Law Review.

Ben was selected as an Ohio Rising Star by SuperLawyers Magazine for 2015, 2016, and 2017.

Ben is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association.

Ben regularly lectures for National Business Institute continuing legal education seminars on the topics of real estate law, foreclosures, loan workouts, and title resolution.

Ben formerly served as the president of the Board of Trustees of Hillel at Miami University.
